Ask not

I had some 30-odd questions lined up and ready to go, but my interview with VR didn't happen today due to a remembered-at-the-last-minute appointment (hers) and a toddler (mine) who wouldn't go to sleep until after our rescheduled time.

One nice thing about having experienced projects that stretch out for years (I began researching The Day-Glo Brothers around this time in 2001) is that it helps put delays of a day (or week, or month) into perspective. I was more bummed today that a conflict arose preventing me from keeping an appointment to give blood. I'd been so counting on getting those Nutter Butters at the end...
